I created this program to help young men navigate a fraternity recruitment system that can sometimes feel undefined, confusing, and difficult to read. The fraternity rush process can be daunting for young men who want an equal opportunity to find a fraternity that actually suits them.
The comprehensive Alabama Fraternity Consulting service is designed to provide a personal analysis of prospective rushees, helping them find out in advance where they should look and which fraternity may best fit them based on who they are. The program is built around the fraternity system at the university of their choice, and it is adaptable enough that I have been able to implement it successfully from coast to coast.
The process can be complicated: so many fraternities, so much misinformation, so much chance, and such limited time, particularly for out-of-state students. Getting started earlier gives the rushee an advantage moving into fall recruitment. Invitations to join fraternities can start taking shape heavily in the spring and summer. When a recruitment process is more structured or formalized, I tailor the program to meet those specific protocols and requirements.
The critical one-on-one personal analysis call with me, the Instagram overhaul, the introduction of the top fraternities they should pursue, the consulting modules and videos, and the ongoing coaching make up the balance of the service I provide. After evaluating the specific situation, I propose one flat-fee price. Once accepted, I am with the rushee until he gets a bid or stops trying. No one knows I am behind him unless he tells them. It works better this way.
This is now my fourth year doing this, and the success rate of my clients receiving bids they are happy with has been extremely high. The retention rate, meaning the number who have remained in the fraternity they were initiated into, is currently 94%. That is much higher than average and a statistic I am very proud of.
